JETCO Terms and Conditions of Sale:

TERMS: All first orders must be paid by Credit Card, Company Check or COD. Net 30 days on approved credit thereafter.

FREIGHT: All Freight is F.O.B. Duarte, Ca. Freight collect. UPS or Fedex shipments are prepaid and added to the invoice.

JETCO 12-MONTH WARRANTY JETCO torque products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of delivery (warranty does not include calibration). During the warranty period JETCO will either repair or replace products, which prove to be defective, at its discretion and expense. Products must be returned freight prepaid with original proof of purchase.


LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

The foregoing warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance by the Customer, unauthorized modification or misuse, or improper site preparation and maintenance. NO OTHER WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. JETCO SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.



Agents of JETCO have no authority to make representations of any sort beyond those contained in this warranty.


EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES

THE REMEDIES PROVIDED HEREIN ARE THE CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES. JETCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED OR CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.



In no event shall JETCO be liable to the customer or anyone claiming through or against customer for any special damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, sales, interruption of business; or loss of business information).
